Is it Fall yet????

So it is October and it is still nearly 100 degrees outside!!! Its not fair! I am so incredibly ready for some cold weather! To wear a big sweater and sit outside drinking coffee and just relaxing. I cant wait!!! The weather man says it will be only 53 degrees on next Thursday. You know they are always right on the money, so I have my hopes up!!!! =o)

I am sorry I haven't updated recently, I know you all have been waiting with bated breath for my newest news!!!! But seriously, I have been really busy.
I had my 10 year reunion and it was fun to see all of the people from school. However, I don't feel that it was worth the 45 bucks it cost to get in there. To pay 45 dollars for half of a slice of fajita chicken meat, and to sit on a patio in 90 degree weather and sweat like crazy was not something I would normally pay for, let alone 45 bucks!! Turns out that all the same little cliques from high school are still there. We all show up for the dinner, everyone gravitates to their same little groups. I guess you cant really expect anything else....why would the "jocks" all of the sudden decide to hang out with the "nerds" from high school. They wouldn't.

On the home front, Hayden is still working on that potty training. He is just not ready to commit to it. He tries, but he cant talk that pee pee into coming out into the potty!! We got the Elmo potty video which he loves, and seems to be helping, he is just not quite there yet. He went to the Botanic Gardens with his wonderful Aunt Sandy on Sunday while mommy and Tyler took a well deserved nap!! Here is a picture of him "resting" after climbing lots and lots of stairs:

Oh my he is so cute!! He got to do lots of running there! Thank you Aunt Sandy for the wonderful time that he had and for allowing me to get some rest.
Tyler had his first experience with the swing outside! Here he is looking cute as ever:

The swing was on the beam for the patio and since the patio is being remodeled I got the ladder out and hung the swing from a tree branch so it is pretty high off of the ground. It doesn't bother either of the boys though, they just love to swing!!!

Greg and I had a wonderful date last night. He took me to the Cheesecake Factory, which is the restaurant we had eaten at the night that he proposed to me originally. I had very good food and even better company!
Greg, I love you and thank you so much for working so hard to make our times together so special!
