Happy Birthday to me!!!!!!!!

So another year has passed......Really, I cant believe it has been a year.
I am one year closer to retirement! Thank GOD! =o)

I want to share my feelings......I find myself a bit upset that I, yet again, expected a surprise party and didn't have one. Now, I know a surprise party is supposed to be a big surprise, but when I expect it every year, there is no way it could be. Somewhere in my mind I think all my friends and family are secretly planning the biggest, badest surprise party for me and one year it will happen. Am I the only one who is willing to admit that they expect a surprise party every year??

I don't think it is the party in and of itself that I want, because truly I don't want to be the center of attention like that. However, knowing that people care enough to do that for you is pretty cool. Not that I am saying that since I haven't had a party thus far that people don't care, just that any kind of gesture that shows you are cared for is nice.

SO, since everyone has a lot going on (myself included), I am gonna throw myself a little party here on my blog! So sing along if you want to!!!!!
